General

Where are you located?

We are at 28 Tangley Park Road, Hampton, TW12 3YH. Client parking is available and we are easily accessible from Hampton, Twickenham, Richmond, Kingston, Teddington, Sunbury and surrounding areas.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book online through our website at any time. Browse our treatment menu, select your treatment, choose a date and time that suits you and complete your booking. If you need help or have a question before booking, contact our team directly.

Do you have parking?

Yes — client parking is available at the salon.

Waxing

How long does my hair need to be for waxing?

At least 5mm — approximately two to three weeks of growth after your last shave. This ensures the wax can grip the hair effectively for the cleanest possible result.

Does waxing hurt?

There is some discomfort with any waxing treatment, particularly for intimate areas. However, our therapists use premium hot wax and professional techniques to minimise discomfort as much as possible. Regular clients find that the sensation reduces significantly the more consistently they wax.

How often should I get waxed?

Every four to six weeks for most areas. Regular waxing leads to softer, finer and sparser regrowth over time.

Laser Hair Removal

Is a patch test required for laser hair removal?

Yes — a patch test is required before your first full laser hair removal session. This ensures the treatment is safe and appropriate for your skin tone and hair type. Please book your patch test appointment at least 48 hours before your first treatment.

How many sessions will I need?

Most areas require six to eight sessions for significant permanent reduction. The exact number depends on the area, your hair type and colour, skin tone and hormonal factors. We will give you a full assessment and realistic expectations at your patch test appointment.

Does laser hair removal work on all skin tones?

Yes — we treat clients of all skin tones safely using professional laser equipment. We will assess your skin tone and hair type at your patch test to ensure the settings are correctly calibrated for you.

Facials

Which facial is right for me?

It depends on your skin type and concerns. Hydrafacial is great for all skin types and delivers immediate results. Microneedling is best for acne scars, enlarged pores and anti-ageing. Dermaplaning delivers instant radiance. LED therapy calms redness. Radiofrequency tightens and firms. If you are unsure, book a consultation and our therapist will advise the best treatment for your skin.

Is there any downtime after facials?

Most of our facial treatments have no downtime — you can return to normal activities immediately. Treatments such as microneedling and chemical peels may cause some redness for 24 to 48 hours, which is completely normal. Your therapist will advise on aftercare specific to your treatment.

Patch Tests

Which treatments require a patch test?

A patch test is required at least 24 hours before eyelash tinting, eyelash lift and tint, eyebrow tinting, eyebrow lamination and any brow tinting or lamination treatment. A patch test is also required before your first laser hair removal session and before tattoo removal treatment.

Body Contouring

How many sessions of body contouring do I need?

This depends on the treatment and the area. Fat freezing typically shows results from a single session with progressive improvement over 8 to 12 weeks. Cavitation, radiofrequency and wood therapy produce cumulative results and typically work best as a course of six to ten sessions. We will advise a treatment plan at your consultation.

Is body contouring a substitute for weight loss?

Non-surgical body contouring is designed to treat stubborn localised fat deposits and improve body shape — it is not a weight loss treatment. It works best for clients who are close to their target weight and want to address specific areas that do not respond to diet and exercise. A healthy lifestyle supports and extends results.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
